What we would do: -Meet up physically once a week for no more than 1.5 hours. Somewhere off the T -Have accountability, encouragement, share resources and help brainstorm. -Have midweek check ins. -Talk about food, working out, challenges, successes and plans. -Have our own outside professional medical help -I have about 100 lbs to lose so I might not be a good fit for someone who only has 10 lbs to lose.
