Well starting back at it. Ruptured my left ear with sinus issues. They were weak anyway from old ruptures from years ago. Finally healed and I can but over without pain and heart beat in my ear. Ah injuries!

 

Back into with with an easy day.

 

45 min walk

Push Ups 2x10 

Squats 2x10

Planks 1x60 Sec 

 

Everything super slow and controlled.

Forgot how hard those were on your forearms!
