Can't believe my last NF challenge was April 2017!! 

 

About this time two years ago, I went back to work after being a SAHM for 16 years.  It's been great being back in the classroom but it has definitely wreaked havoc on my fitness and diet.  I'm back up to 142lbs!!  So many snacks in the staff room...

I know what I need to do for the diet part but I'm lost for the fitness piece!  I've spent the last 18 months dealing with incredible pain from tennis elbow.  Dropped xfit completely, did about a year of PT, and even a round of cortisone.  There has been healing, but earlier today I did some push ups to see where things were at and NOW there is tingling in the elbow!  Just a little and I've got ice on it, but now I have NO idea what to do for fitness.  I really, really fear the return of the elbow pain.  

 

Check me out in the battle logs as I try to figure things out.
