First Headstand Ever!

Right!

So, Convict Conditioning says that the first thing you need to do for handstand push ups is to get to a point where you're comfortable being upside down. So that means a headstand, which isn't something I've ever been able to do without help, or someone holding my feet in place or something.

But I'd gotten a lot stronger since the last time I tried, so I decided today was as good a day as any to see if I could do it.

And, uh.

...

I DID IT.

For thirty seconds. And I know that I can go for longer.

Just wanted to share with you guys.
