Buff Brogan Posted May 13, 2021 Report Share Posted May 13, 2021 the best start to a cardio session is End of the Line by Devil Driver. always gets me going. for workouts it varies. usually it's some form of metal. i love when a classic comes on i haven't heard in a while. Never fails that it happens when gas tank feels to be running low. most recently that was Electric Head pt 1 the agony by White Zombie. i also enjoy a good mix of punk and classic rock. the God of War soundtrack is always epic. however, the last couple weeks i've been listening to the Something to Wrestle with podcast while lifting. i works surprisingly well.
