starting this a bit late but i'll post last weeks anyway.... and my weeks start on sundays

4/14: 1 hour of yoga - i'm still new to this. i'm not very flexible and would like to change that

 

4/15: 2 hours of boxing class plus 1.5 miles of jogging

 

4/16: circuit training 3 sets - flip tractor tire (weighing approx: 300lbs) 10 yards, bear crawl ten yards, sprint 30 yards, 5 burpees, turn around, sprint 30 yards, bear crawl 10 yards, tire flip ten yards.

 

4/16 cont.: lifting - 10x3 of dead lifts at 265, 30sec break between sets(while partner does their set of 3); bench press: 10x3; sets 1, 2, and 3 at 185; set 4,5,6 at 205, sets 7, 8 at 225; set 9, 10 at 245

repeat previous circuit once, jog half mile.

 

4/17: 2 hours of boxing class plus 1.5 miles of jogging

Just found this.  What is your workout?  Looks like the Madcow 5x5 I am doing.  Have you done a challenge yet, or have I just missed it?

i am doing the Madcow haha. my challenge just ended. it's in my signature as by demons be driven. but i think my plan will be changing a bit in the near future
