I'm not very good at conversing with live people even over the internet so I'll be doing my best with my messages. I'm almost 30 years old, 5'10" tall, starting weight with NF was 165lbs last I checked after a couple weeks of doing an 80/20 primal diet based off Mark's Daily Apple (highest point was 175). I try to keep to the primal lifestyle as best as possible but years of being a lazy night owl who has lived off sugar (mostly soda) and self loathing (13 year stint of depression, finally kicked that in the groin ) has me in a constant battle of the wills. Finally brought myself down to only one soda a day typically and since it's Halloween I've, unfortunately, been allowing myself a few "treats" <evil> of candy a day. Cut almost all the grains out of my diet in the past month, occasionally I have some but for the most part I've lost the taste for the stuff. As for exercise I started up with the beginner body weight training from NF around a week ago but realized after a few days it was way too easy so I went for the Angry Birds training and cleared all of level 1 (level 2 for push ups) the first go round which was about an hour ago. Laundry list on me.I don't really have a whole lot of hobbies but I keep working on my programming (off and on) next habit I make after exercise and diet will be regular practice. Playing video games and watching TV shows like Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Mike and Molly, SoA and of course The Walking Dead.Most games are getting rather dull for my taste so I've been bouncing around a lot.I have two sons one's 11 and the other turned 6 months 7 days ago. My first boy was a "package" deal when I married his mom lol but I've been his step dad essentially for 6 years now.My main long term goals are to get healthy and push myself into peak condition looking to be a hybrid class between a Warrior and an Assassin.Not sure what else to add to this so.. I want them to see how important a healthy lifestyle is as well as that, contrary to popular opinion, it can be fun and relatively easy. Link to comment
