Laureleye
Well, maybe a two-pronged goal. Tackle the boredom and the bad eating at once? Doing some workouts at home (like the beginners body weight) would give you something else to do than eat. Can you get out enough to do some walking when you're bored? The hardest part of the workout is lacing up your shoes'"10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | Current Challenge |INTJ | MFP | FitBit Link to comment
Tanktimus the Encourager
I eat my boredom as well. Keeping healthy food in the house is a good first step, as well as starting to work out. Try tracking your calories. There are a lot of good programs for that out there.
