The rise of a ranger

Hello there, my name is Olivier and after lurking around the blog and forum I finally

decided to join the rebellion. I think this community will be a great help

to level up my life and I plan to stick around for a long time. I have been

doing the Rebel Strength guide for 6 weeks now using dumbbells and barbells, good

results so far. I am currently doing a list of challenge I want to complete so I will

be adding it later this week.

Just to give a quick update, I'm overloaded with school work so I haven't been able to update my challenge as I said last week.

Though my training sessions are a top priority (I just love to workout :D) so I did not skip any because of school. I'll try to update as soon as I can.
