I think this community will be a great helpto level up my life and I plan to stick around for a long time. I have beendoing the Rebel Strength guide for 6 weeks now using dumbbells and barbells, goodresults so far. Cenon Posted December 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2012 Just to give a quick update, I'm overloaded with school work so I haven't been able to update my challenge as I said last week. Though my training sessions are a top priority (I just love to workout ) so I did not skip any because of school. I'll try to update as soon as I can. Link to comment
