Nonetheless, after powering through a back injury and a love of cookies, I've officially hit (and kept down) 50 pounds lost. My neck is almost human-sized, and I've lost 4 inches each from my chest and neck. Feels awesome. Mid June - 328Late October - 275Early December - 282 (oops, Thanksgiving)Mid December - 277 Excited and looking forward to keep going for another 50+ - couldn't have done it without the great articles, the paleo advice, the inspiring members and their stores and so on. I remember having the triple chin once upon a time, and I'm fighting every week to kill off another fat demon or three, and slowly, slowly the tripple chin has lost influence and now it's weaker cousin, the double-chin, remains, torturing the pour souls in it's cheetoes-inspired duchy.
