scb Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 I decided I need to get into shape a lot better than I have in the past and decided to go down this route whilst cutting out carbs and most sugars out of my diet. I plan on re-joining a gym and working out smarter and harder also, I'm currently being inspired by the 4 Hour Work Week and WE Wrestler The Rock right now along with music. My Stats are: 18st 4lb/ 257.6 lbs, somewhat built (not all fat) and I'm waiting for some measuring tape and body fat calipers to arrive so that I can take those measurements. I want to achieve a healthier and stronger body. Any and all advice regarding Motivation or training tips welcomed. Stop being Ordinary and start being Legend..... Wait for it ..... Day!!! Click on the NERD FITNESS tab, and look at the free resources for the hotel room, beginners body weight or angry birds workout. Welcome to the rebellion.
