Njarf
HiMy name is Nick and I'm new here. I'm a student, and I guess I'm a nerd too. I'm into tabletop rpg's and medieval history. I've already started getting healthier. I've been doing the paleo thing since last November, and I've lost 35 lbs. I'm 6' 1" and I went from 285 to 250 lbs as of today. I've lost some weight so far, but I haven't been exercising. I know that I need to, so here I am. I found this site through searching for body weight exercises. I was looking for those and then stumbled upon nerdfitness and it struck a chord with me. I now have the fitness guide and am going to get started ASAP. From what I've seen this seems like a pretty cool place. Human AdventurerSTR: 3 DEX: 2 STA: 2 CON: 4 WIS: 2 CHA: 2 Link to comment
Laureleye
I stumbled in as well, and found the first place that made me believe that a plain ordinary 50-something geeky woman could get strong and fit. You've already made the biggest start by changing your diet. If you want to vary your workouts or any of the excercises in a workout, click on the NERD FITNESS tab and head for the free resources.
