I've yo-yoed between 215 and 270 my entire Adult life. Now I've got two kids and I need the energy I know is at the low end of the weight range. Goals. 1. 5x5 strong lifts 12 week program2. Eliminate vending machine purchases3. In three months have lost 15 lbs. consolation prize size 38 jeans. Oh. And Han shot first. He's a badass and to say other wise is an insult to Greedo's aim Link to comment
