ApfelStrudi Posted September 1, 2013 Report Share Posted September 1, 2013 Yay! I'm with MsFitz- I can do 50 wall push ups but can't do the knee ones. I managed to involuntarily do some on the knees during a gym class (I was so exhausted I didn't even know what happened to me anymore and apparently that helped ) but even those knee push ups weren't really proper form.
