125 Deadlift!

I deadlifted 125lbs yesterday! I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 and the last session I could not get the 125 to budge. This time though, I did it! My hands got a bit roughed up, but it was so worth it. I was jumping up and down, all excited lol.  Plus, I'm down to only 160lbs myself!

MsFitz, use chalk and an alternate grip if your hands are getting beat up. Both things will help keep the bar from peeling your hands apart and attempting to disjoint your fingers. Strong work on the PR and keep up the heavy lifting!
