MsFitz Posted September 1, 2013 Report Share Posted September 1, 2013 I deadlifted 125lbs yesterday! I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 and the last session I could not get the 125 to budge. This time though, I did it! My hands got a bit roughed up, but it was so worth it. I was jumping up and down, all excited lol. Plus, I'm down to only 160lbs myself! Both things will help keep the bar from peeling your hands apart and attempting to disjoint your fingers. Strong work on the PR and keep up the heavy lifting!
