Deadlifts, bench presses, and numbers on the scale

So as my back squats have hit a roadblock in the form of some kind of groin strain... hopefully the PT will have some ideas next week... this week I'm counting my wooty blessings:

 

- new deadlift PB

- new bench press PB

- have lost ~2kg since I started tracking my food intake three weeks ago. I have consciously done nothing else with my diet except track it (everything! no cheating!) and I've lost weight. Hilarious. Magic?!
