4 week consistency

Just realised that I've completed 4 full weeks of the beginner body weight training! I've lost 7lbs, started (just started!) to get a little muscle definition and I'm feeling GREAT! It's finding NF that's made the difference, and particularly the Go To Work advice. Once I realised I didn't need motivation but did need discipline, I've managed to work out, eat paleo and IF completely consistently for the last 4 weeks, which, by the way, is my longest streak ever. Thanks guys!!!
