Frost of the Gloaming Posted November 13, 2013 Report Share Posted November 13, 2013 I don't know every time I try to muscle the disc (or bowling ball) it doesn't go exactly where I want it to go, with me it's more about finese and hitting the same exact motion every time I release the disc(ball) this also works for pitching (baseball) Quote Between a rock and a hard place, use our finger nails to climb, it's all we know..........
