I'm back!

I haven't been around in a while cause I've been busy, but I'm back! Had my first stall last night in stronglifts. Only got 3 reps at 95 lbs in my last set. I was bummed. So to make up for it, after warming up deadlift 2 sets of 5 at 135 lbs and then my work set of 5 at 195 lbs, I decided to see if I can deadlift my body weight to cheer myself up about the stall. And...... I got 235 lbs for 5 reps after all that other work. Made me feel better!

Thanks. It was on overhead press. I got half of that 4th rep and just couldn't quite push it the rest of the way. I only rest one minute between sets. Maybe that's part of the problem. I'll get it next week though.
