proVoke Posted January 27, 2014 Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 So ive been on the forums for a few months and done 2 challenges and had small loses in cm etc but nothing major, i would then just smell chocolate and gain the weight back. 7th Jan although i didnt join the current challenge i decided to stop F*&king around and i went paleo and changed my lifting program. i havent measured cm (oops) but i have lost 4kgs since then.
