RubiWhisper
Hello there everyone, I'm Sam! Pleased to meet you. I have actually been here before though, so I guess I'm not actually new. I tried a 6-week challenge a while back, and unfortunately I did not end up sticking with it. I was unhappy with myself for a while after that, and have off and on tried to pick up changing certain habits here or there to start again. I have a hard time staying motivated, but I have managed to make some small changes in my diet that has gotten me started again and I am working my hardest to challenge myself and stick with it this time. I have made some dietary changes and am eating much better than I was. I also plan to start a bodyweight routine until I get some strength built up and have good form, before moving to strength training. I have been reading Steve's articles and have some idea of what all I need to do, but I am still nervous about the changes and whether I'll be able to stick with them! 1 Quote Level 1 - Hobbit - Adventurer Link to comment
Silverwitch
Hi Sam!Seems we have partially the same plan: starting a bodyweight routine until enough strength is built up. Maybe we'll be able to motivate each other! Right now I don't have much of a workout routine… Quote FLUCTUAT NEC MERGITUR FUELED BY PALEO Link to comment

Jittersthe.Clown
Work your way up to the three circuits. You're doing them, so that's a huge step in the right direction. You've got this.
