Mike_Sweetman Posted July 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 24, 2014 Well I've managed to lose 25 pounds by mostly just running and improving nutrition...but now I'd like to put on some muscle...though don't have the time or money for a gym membership/home equipment. There are lots of body weight workouts, BBWW, I'm sure someone will come along and give you another site that has a lot of body weight stuff on it, I'm drawing a blank. The Jedi workout also seems to be popular and you can modify it to use stuff found around your house if you're creative. I believe there is also a play ground workout you can do at pretty much any public park with a kids playground. Poke around and you will find some good answers.
