Suited hippy Posted August 13, 2014 Report Share Posted August 13, 2014 I was talking about this loss with my partner last night over dinner. To her Robin was Mrs. Doubtfire, and the guy from Jumnji, and the Pan, and Genie... She was saddened by the news, but not overly effected. Robin's best roles were where he was less focused on comedy, and more on his humanity. Good Will Hunting, Dead poets Society, Patch Adams, those are the roles that stand out for me. She had never seen, or even heard of Good Will Hunting (Dating younger women eh?). Robins' inspiration of a Baaaston kid from the wrong side of the tracks really spoke to me. I'm looking forward to watching Good Will Hunting with her, but for me, I need to give it a little bit. I will miss him, and all of the potential he had to still give to the world.
