Anything from Offspring. I hate that band. That and Rush. Also, Barbie Girl will end up making want to strangle everyone. Yet one of the band members of Aqua did a project I absolutely love. The scary songs... Right now I have one that I'm not even going to make into shmuck bait by giving you guys the real name but some people actually like it.I'll call it "Even-Stevens" instead. (Nothing to do with that one TV show or its theme song.) It's about jealousy on the school playground from the perspective of the envious one. Towards the middle of the song is when things start to go creepy both in lyrics and tone and the ending...brrr... ::shudders::For a while I couldn't listen to...let's call it "Ring Around", and I haven't in a good long time. I think I'll continue to not listen.There's also ...um..."[Female Name]" which a friend introduced me to. After not hearing it for a long time, I heard it on the playlist of a friend of a friend who is starting to kind of become a friend. Then I remembered why I didn't like it. Most horrifying rap. As for the annoying ones, I don't like songs that are shrill, have stupid lyrics or repeat on the radio too often. Or ones that express opinions which are cruel or shallow in complete sincerity. Anytime I hear it in a store, I have to get out of there as soon as possible. I absolutely hate it, I have bitten through my own face before listening to it, the vile the bubbles up inside of me and the clenching of every muscle in my body until it cramps .... I have pure hatred of this song. But it does have it good side ... It is played at every single wedding in the UK ... at somepoint the DJ / Band / old person will play, re-enact or whistle this drivel of a song. ... so whats the good side ? ...... I banned it from my wedding, it was even on the invites - Dress code optional, just be yourself BUT - NO COME ON EILEEN .... the upside of this, is everyones wedding is the same, they all merge into one .. wrnt you the one that had the coronation chicken voluvents ? .... or was that sarah .. At work, I just put on my iPod, so I've got nothing but music I like. But with the Christmas season I've switched over to one of the main stations, since I'm one of those annoying people who starts listening to Christmas songs (privately) as soon as the Hallowe'en decorations disappear. Now, since Christmas last year, I like to think I've become a great deal more socially aware, which is awesome, but oh my god does it make Do They Know It's Christmas? absolutely agonizing to listen to. That song is the grossest example of racist "white saviour" attitudes I've ever heard, and every time it comes on I have to switch the station.
