300 lb deadlift, destroyed!

I originally started weight-training seriously since April 2014, and starting off I could barely complete a few 95 lb deadlifts, and with crap form mind you.

My goal, which at the time I swear was stupid, just became a reality tonight with a real 300lb deadlift and with precise form. I wasn't even going to attempt this until next week!! So I am a week ahead of that!!

I literally felt so happy after I completed it that the guy next to me thought I lost my mind. :)

That's awesome!  Just wait until you get that 3rd plate on the bar!   Out of curiosity, what's your height/weight?

5'6" and 170 lbs
