harvardacutie
Hey guys, so I just started to go to the gym today! I found a gym near where I live and I'm loving it there. It was really hard at the beginning and I almost puked! And now my body is sore. Haha! Despite everything though, I have never felt better. I'm proud of myself and I hope I'd continue this until I reach my goal. I'm 5'4 and 125 lbs. Not really so fat, but I'm very weak. I'm planning to lose my body fat and be stronger. 1 Quote Link to comment

Ayla14
During my first workout on the 12th of this month I was sore for four days! It hurt to walk up stairs, even to sit down on the toilet lol. I also felt like I was going to puke too. But man when you move past that and find yourself gettting stronger and stronger it is an awesome feeling. Keep at it we are rooting for ya!! Guest Ampersand
Great first step! The first time is the hardest, you just have to keep it up. Once you keep going it'll feel like a routine. And stretching really helps with the soreness! Quote Link to comment
