Maggie May Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 I don't even know you, but I know you do.I've been reading the NF blog for a couple months now but just today decided to sign up and become a part of the community.I'm 25 and from the Chicago area - just started CrossFit in May of 2011. Since then I've discovered the paleo lifestyle and the glory of lifting heavy things. I can't say I have some huge weight-loss success story, or anything even remotely dramatic (although I did gain some weight in college and lost it soon after I graduated...) I've always been "into" working out and eating "healthy" (so I thought), but making the shift from chronic cardio and low-fat eating to heavy lifting and higher-fat eating has been a learning experience. And it's one that I'm enjoying.So very glad to be a part of this community and excited to find out what I can learn from everyone here.-Maggie Quote Link to comment
