Bullroarer Took Posted November 4, 2015 Report Share Posted November 4, 2015 Nov 3rd of last year I went into a "real" gym after leaving Planet Fitness and used a real barbell instead of a Smith Machine. On this workout and the next I benched 95lbs, squatted 125#, deadlifted 135 and OHPressed 65#. Granted these numbers were all 5x5 and I had been working with a smith a couple months. This week I benched 155x4, Squatted 260x2, and fully expect to press 105 at least once and DL 285 once or twice. Still a big weenie compared to the big dawgs but an improvement for a 150# dude that's 5'8." 5 Quote "For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm."
