Thinking I look good and feel good. Maybe I just needed a reminder and needed my ego taken down a notch.No! Keep that....that's confidence. When it becomes arrogance, it can be a problem, but feeling good about yourself and the way you look....big pluses! What she did was just a reminder that some women are bitches....nothing else. I'm right handed, but my left side is bigger, stronger, more flexible, and less prone to injury. It's like one half is for precision, the other for power.That's how I am too, the left side stabilizes while the right is doing something more interesting. It's kinda weird an annoying to be honest because I do mostly bodyweight stuff and my left leg carrying more mass means I get skewed development. Oh well, I hope that'll work itself out with squats and deadlifts, which I'VE FINALLY BEEN DOING. I'm exactly the same. Law of balance I suppose Even with squats n deadlifts, the unevenness will probably continue; hell, even your abs won't develop at the same rate, which is why a lot of '6 packs' look more like 6 packs with a can or two missing Also: Bruce & icedtrip, I'm usually of the opinion that 'negging' is stupid, but in both your situations, I would probably feel compelled to perform a quick psycho-analysis of the woman in question and lay her daddy issues out for everyone else to see. Both clearly in need of being taken down a notch or two. Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log! Link to comment

I don't like the idea of it, but aj_rock's reasoning is to bring these particular girls down a couple notches. The idea is to be the alpha in the situation by making sure the female is below you on a status level.
