SMART draft 1) Regular sleep schedule 2) Exercise Bike swim 3) choose fruit, vegetable or whole grains (popcorn w./o toppings) for snacks. Bonus a) Yard work or fix stuff with toddler Past Saboteurs- Stress eating when kids scream.
