LittleBee62
I have worked out most of my life, but menopause has been a bear. I want to feel fit and strong ~ those are my primary goals. Saw this site and it hooked me. Enrolled in women's academy and starting from scratch. 3 Quote Link to comment

Bookish Badger
Welcome, Rebel! Personally, I'm looking forward to menopause. The average American woman completes menopause at 51.5 years, which if I'm average, means I have to deal with this nonsense about 24 more times. Not that I'm counting or anything. Good luck on your journey! 1 Quote "'It's time for a few small repairs,' she said." - Shawn Colvin Link to comment

Once I found something that kept the sweats and mood swings under control I didnt mind so much.
