    It only happens after I've been running for a while. It goes away pretty quickly but I can't run very long afterwards or it comes back. I was thinking it just means I had hit my limit for that run. But I really don't know

    Hey people just a question. Apart from my workout I've been going for jogs, I can usually last 5 minutes(I'm new) and was wondering when i start to feel the piercing burn in my legs is that when I should stop, or should I keep going? Thanks.
  3. Is doing nothing but 1 workout every 2 days a waste of time? Because I spend the rest of my time sitting. :/ Edit: this is a double, not sure how to delete
