I just started the academy last week and I love all of the tutorials. I read about the differences between walking/running barefoot vs. sneakers. I have flat feet and have tried both working out in my sneakers with inserts and barefoot and have found that my feet hurt less when barefoot and I am considering purchasing "barefoot" footwear for hiking. I was wondering if anyone else with the same or similar conditions has made their own observations. I know that I have to be cautious about how I exercise or I could cause more harm than good.
