Bench 340 (with no pause at the bottom)

I need to revise my goals since this was my target for the end of the year. Ooops...

Woohoo! That's awesome! Your bench is always impressive! I love how your Big Three are at a 1:1:1 ratio :-)

I'll be there someday, but I really need to get my bench up. I feel that by the time I join, my DL will make up half and my bench and squat will be way behind...haha!

Next goal, do a legitimate competition bench in a meet in July (my first) and own the Texas, Masters II, 245# benchpress record (currently at 245#).

Now I think 1100 by the end of the year with a correctly paused bench over 300. Which means the deadlift and squats are going to have to get close to 400#

And after reviewing the videos that didn't crash the phone, I was definitely at my max....very bad form.
