Little delay!

The new move is a hollow body plank lean. My form is so so. This is how it should look like:

Thanks :D but the beginning of this sequence is so tiring, I felt it. I couldn't even straighten my legs properly!

Hiya, new move is a baby grasshopper :) hope you like it :P
My bum is hanging a bit low, it should be higher up, will work on it next time :D

I guess that will be our last move for the challenge!

Are you parallettes completely dead now? or is the gym more practical?

 

For the baby grasshopper, I have a tip as I was struggling like you did at first, if you want to give it a try - it may or not work for you but here it is:

Put on a foot on as you did, grab the kettlebell/bar with your hand and bend your arm like in a push-up with elbows-in. Don't bother about grabbing the back leg at first. If you bend your arm, your back leg will be easier to lift up as well. Balance is also much easier.

 

I will get a final video tomorrow morning I think. I forgot a push-up in my last video, I will try to remember everything next time :lol:
