That's awesome Grimm! How do you do the belt holes? I used to use a hammer and just drive a philips head screwdriver through the belt, but I tried using a drill and standard drill bit last time and it was much easier and cleaner, but not perfect.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to go! (FYI: I use a hammer and a nail punch. That will get you a nice clean hole of about the right size).

Basically my screwdriver method, but with the leather belt it doesn't really remove the material and there are flaps sticking out of the other side. The drill method helps this but doesn't rid me of it completely. Does a nail punch remove the material?

Yes, it will leave a nice "pretty" hole. Make sure you've put the belt on something disposable - like a scrap piece of lumber. You don't want to punch a hole in your dining room table.
