"They say" you will stick with a program if it's fun. I've always felt like I was searching for something fun. I mean, Zumba is fun while I'm doing it, but when I'm not doing it, I'm not really thinking about it. I think I've finally found something FUN! Not that the exercising or dieting is fun in itself, but that the atmosphere around it is fun and supportive.

 

I'm a 25 year old wife and mother of two (nearly 3 and just over 1). I am starting out about 80-100 pounds overweight. My ultimate goals will be to lose fat, build dense muscle mass, and improve my overall fitness.

 

I'm going to start diving into the boards to learn and engage and have some FUN!
