ferguson911 Posted October 28, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Started the handstand challenge, Saturday during my boxing workout I tried going up using the wall, I can actually hold myself up and do a few handstand pushups. Will keep on working it to get perfectly vertical, practice my balance and eventually do a free standing one ! By coach couldnt believe that he was seeing a 300 pound guy try to pull that off Worked muscles I did'nt even know I had. ferguson911 Posted January 4, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 4, 2014 Yesterday I tried out snowboarding with my boxing coach and one of my friends, never before I could have tried this. 5 or 6 times on the bunny hill and then...''HEY DAVE, lets try the t-bar up to the top of the hill '' o_O I can barely turn yet we are going up top ? Before I would have said no....yesterday I said..why not ? It took us 2 times to get up (i fell off once) and 45 minutes to get down but I was getting the hang of it ! -36 degrees celcius with the wind chill yesterday. I will keep you all posted on HOW it goes down. Started coaching ( assistant) with my coach, being corner man, motivator and big brother for the entire boxing club's competition aspects.
