shelbstorm13 Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Well obviously I'm new here. I've been doing the program since yesterday but hadn't posted anything yet. This is my first real attempt at getting healthy. I would say its my first attempt at losing weight but I've tried that just not healthily. But anyway I'm here and looking for support as I begin my journey. I plan on doing the fitness program and gaining my strength. I'm starting out as an adventurer because I really don't know where I'll end up or what I'll like so I'm gonna try it all. I'm looking forward to the six week challenge as it will be my first and I'm competitive so it should push me to work at my goals . Quote Link to comment
