Week number 6 !

Hey there my fellow rebel !

 

I did change about everything about my eating habit and excercise on october 28th.

 

For the first time in 6years i'm below 300pounds ! Went from 335 to 298.5

 

I'm also almost all Paleo, still some Oat in the morning and a yogourt at noon buter everything else is ! This is an effective diet its unbelievable !

 

Begining my 3rd week as a Rebel , its rough but the result are there !

 

Go on fellow rebel ! we gonna win that war against the fat :)
