3 months later

I tore my hamstring about 3 months ago, physio forbid me from doing any deadlifts, weighted squats and sprints. About a month ago he told me to start building up slowly to build the strength back up and yesterday I did a PB 70kg squat (5 reps) and a 75kg deadlift (2 reps) :D Not bad for someone who only started doing deadlifts and weighted squats 4 months ago :tongue:
