Weight progress!

So I just wanted a bit of a celebration, I've made a little bit of progress in the lifting weight department!

I've been lifting for just over a week now, having never lifted weights before in my life!

I've gone from 10kg to 12.5kg to 15kg today for squats and dead lifts, and I've gone from 10kg to 12.5 kg for good mornings!

And the eating is still on the straight and narrow, so all in all very good! :D

That's great layla! I've just started recently too! Where are you from - I must say it's quite refreshing for my brain to see and understand kgs rather than trying to convert pounds.

Each day is a new day.  Don't dwell on mistakes or stress about what's to come.  Just breathe and be present.

Haha yeah I get impatient too - especially when I read of chicks deadlifting 200lbs and I can barely manage 30kg. I'm Australian.
