LaylaVi Posted December 28, 2013 Report Share Posted December 28, 2013 So I just wanted a bit of a celebration, I've made a little bit of progress in the lifting weight department!I've been lifting for just over a week now, having never lifted weights before in my life!I've gone from 10kg to 12.5kg to 15kg today for squats and dead lifts, and I've gone from 10kg to 12.5 kg for good mornings!And the eating is still on the straight and narrow, so all in all very good! - LaylaVi Quote Link to comment
