I'm Tess411, I'm 18 years old and my goal is to learn basic weight-lifting techniques and keep track of what I can lift! When I first began to work out I was incredibly focused on cardio, but I realize now that I have basically no strength. I would say my superpower right now is endurance- I ran my first 5k a couple months ago and I love it. To sum it up, I'm an elf that wants to be a Ranger (So far. It seemed to be the one I resonated with most.) As Citizen Kade pointed out, bodyweight workouts are a good starting point, but if you want to dive right into lifting iron, check out the powerlifting forum for information and tips.
