i jogged O.O

Hey! Well done you, that's fab.  I've just joined Jog Scotland and went jogging for the first time ever last week.  They have a program that aims to get you jogging 3 miles in 10 weeks, without injury (or maybe more importantly, without thinking "This is Hell.
