Bodyweight Deadlift!

So yesterday I managed one rep at 200 pounds!  Which is basically my bodyweight, give or take a pound or two if I ate a lot.  

 

I feel like I actually could have done more than one, but I didn't want to push it too hard, especially since I'd just finished my main workout.  

 

Now I just have to get my squats and bench up there......
