First 250 lbs deadlift

Well, I know this shouldn't be a major achievement, given that I weigh 170 lbs! However, I've been focusing almost entirely on distance running over the last couple of years, and have only recently been getting to the gym. I've managed to keep my running times low, whilst boosting up on the weights....and yesterday I managed my first 115 kgs deadlift for 1 rep. :) Very pleased! Hopefully I'll just keep getting stronger...though my diet needs serious attention. Running has allowed me to eat pretty badly....something I need to put a stop to!
