ayeshaschroeder
I love Nerd Fitness because I can come on here and tell you all about how excited I am to now be squatting and deadlifting 100 pounds and you all GET where I'm coming from. The best is yet to come for all of us! Cheers, A 9 Quote Link to comment
Cardinal_22
Everyone has to start somewhere. Just 2 years ago my squat max was 95 lbs, and that was with a questionable range of motion. As long as you're moving up, we think it's great! Congrats on your lifts!! You're going to hit (and blow past) 135 lbs in no time. It's a lot of work and sweat to get there but trust me... when you hit it, you won't even notice the pain. Looking forward to your next woot! 1 Quote - Level 3 Night Elf Warrior - 6'0" / 166 lbs. I think I will hit the 130 mark in the next month and a half or so. I weigh 130 so I'm thinking 100 isn't too shabby either way. My biggest competition is myself. 2 Quote Link to comment

Guzzi
Yay! Well done! You know what they say, progress is progress. It took me a year and a half to get a 65kg deadlift, so you're still kicking my arse! 1 Quote Make Life Rue The Day Turning back the clock Recipe book 14 Life is far too short to take seriously Link to comment
