Recommended Posts

Last November I started the journey to be the better me. As a nerd, I in some way, shape, or form logged 95% of my efforts and here's the running total form Nov 1 2013 to Nov 1 2014.

Quit traveling M-F and started working from home.

Dropped weight from 240 lbs to 195 +/- 5lbs. Low peak recorded at 182 lbs.

Diet went from 50% meat & 50% carbs with occasional veggies and tons of processed foods to 50% veggies, 30% meat, with sweet potatoes usually filling in the balance.

Logged workouts - 292 - not counting 30 day challenges

Logged running distance  - 441.6 miles

Logged cycling distance = 122.8 miles

Raced in 6 different states
