Picked the Weights Back Up

I had some really crappy dumbbells that were concrete covered in plastic. The plastic cracked, concrete fell out every time I used them, etc. So I replaced them with some adjustable dumbbells, which arrived on Monday.

 

Today I worked up the courage to do some arm exercises. I'm starting out super light (10lbs) but I managed to get through despite feeling kind of weak. 

 

Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 2 sets of 10 reps per arm
Standing Overhead Barbell Triceps Extension: 2 sets of 10 reps
Tricep Dumbbell Kickback: 1 set of 10 reps per arm (got a charlie horse in my right arm, so maybe my form is off)
Hammer Dumbbell Curl: 2 sets of 10 reps using both arms
 
So yeah. Woo hoo for a decent first day!
