james889900
I'm 16 and have started working out a few months back, my biceps have grown (not a huge amount) but i have realised that the actual muscle on both arms seems to slouch in towards my chest. When I flex my arms they are fine and look toned. But with the inward slouch they appear small. Any ideas on how to fix this problem, or if it is normal. Any feedback is appreciated. Shauriene
With your arms resting at your sides, are your thumbs facing forward or toward your body? If they're toward the body, it may be as simple as a posture issue & you will need to stretch your chest/pectorals to work on improving it 1 Quote Link to comment
